I have 2 simple Rack spaces configured in Gig Performer and when i switch between them MIDI patch persist perfectly works. It holds the notes correctly. Now when i use these Rack spaces in Song Setlist, the MIDI patch persist does not work when i switch between songs? What am i doing wrong?
Just to confirm: are you switching between songs or songparts?
Between songs. Currently I only have 1 song part per song. So I switch between songs and the notes are not kept.
Can you upload a small gig file, so I could check the issue?

Yes indeed, even when using the same rackspace variation, notes are not persisted between song switches.

When a Song is changed some MIDI messages are send automatically to plugins

This messages stop all running notes on all channels
This is sent out because you are using transpose in the songs.
When you do not transpose this should not happen.
And this messages are necessary because when you switch between songs that use different transpose settings you could get hanging notes.
Ok, thanks for figuring this out ! What if this Song/Setlist mode behaviour (This messages stop all running notes on all channels) would be configurable in Gigperformer settings? Because i think it is desirable to have MIDI Patch persist working in Song/Setlist mode as well.
Patch persist cannot work when you use transpose.
