MIDI Panic and Resetting Audio Engine

Is it possible to add 2 buttons in the global rackspace that will 1) reset midi (Panic) and 2) reset Audio Engine (double click on midi panic)

??

Why is that necessary?

So I dont have to squint and can have it nice and bit on my screen in case I need to press them.

Yes, this is all documented in the user guide using a system actions plugin
