Where does the name “Casio MIDI” get defined? See “Casio MIDI” in this pic. The Casio is long gone, this should be my M2 audio interface port (and all is working fine, I’m just annoyed to keep seeing Casio MIDI on the label).
Rig Manager shows “Casio MIDI” as the source device as well.

Can you post a picture of your MIDI settings in Audio and MIDI Devices application?
I have an app called Audio MIDI Setup, is that what you need?
I would take this risk, yes, let’s go! 
Ok. I will post further tomorrow. Packed up now for a Gig tonight and don’t want to make any risky changes.

Any idea what app to use for that? Mac OS 10.15.7. The above is from “Audio MIDI setup”. There doesn’t appear to be any options for MIDI within that.

Bingo. Found Casio MIDI there, removed it, went into GP and changed all Casio MIDI input devices to M2, then reassociated my Rig Manager device. Problem solved!
