Midi Controller not recognized

Hi, just trying those days Gig… i have an issue with midi input blocks.

I’ve a Novation SL-MKII connected via USB to windows host, Gig recognizes it and let me create a midi in box. After saving the rack and restarting Gig the rack is correctly loaded but midi data are not received.

I have to delete midi in block and create a new one… everything works until next gig restart…

Andrea, I’d like to take a look at that – it’s very strange and we haven’t heard of that problem before. Can you please open a ticket on our support site and provide contact information so that we can do a desktop sharing session to figure out what’s going on here.
