My question is based on this video about the MIDI constrainer: (my apologies if someone has already posted on this, but I personally haven’t come across the solution)
Around 30 seconds then he mentions the “parts select” his keyboard (switching midi Channels based on the button pressed). Is there a way for me to use the buttons on my Akai mpk mini, and have the same effect of switching midi channels on the fly, instead of changing rack spaces, and/or using variations?
Thank you guys very much. However, after I implemented that, I spent several hours last night in a deep dive and learned about global rackspace. That does what I need perfectly (and it visually looks less clunky). I wanted a way of keeping my volumes for each sound around the same level while seamlessly being able to leap from different sounds… thanks again guys.
