MIDI CC 00 not being received by GP

Using a MIDI Fighter Twister (Default Factory Reset)

Knob 1, Top Left
Button, MIDI Channel 1, CC 0
Encoder, MIDI Channel 2, CC 0
Knob 2
Button, MIDI Channel 1, CC 1
Encoder, MIDI Channel 2, CC 1
etc…

Using Protokol I can see the MIDI data from Knob 1.
In GP Global MIDI Monitor, it shows nothing. Top right GP MIDI indicator doesn’t even light.
In GP Rig Manager, the MIDI Device lights up on all but Knob 1.
All other knobs display perfectly.

Is there something special about CC 00?

CC 0 and CC32 are reserved for Bank Select(MSB) and Bank Select(LSB).

CC 0 and 32 are reserved for bank select messages.

They cannot be learned, but other than that, there should be no problems.
