Motorized knobs. I’ve got way too many controllers now…but this looks really tempting. I would think it would pair great with GP. Might be my first ever pre-order.

I have read that you can configure the knobs to have mechanical-feeling detents at up to 16 steps. This sounds amazing for a midi controller.
Anyone using this controller now?
This thing is really tempting - even if it’s not actually a bargain…
I don’t think there is any inbuilt method for controlling what’s displayed on the screens. The FAQ says the controller doesn’t use sysex.

Oh… didn’t thought about the displays at all. I was overly attracted by the motorized knobs.
But you’re right, if there isn’t a way to have custom-text displayed, the displays would be rather useless.
As far as I can see, you can customize them with an app.
The price is a bit ridiculous though for 8 knobs.
I’m not sure that I appreciate motorized knobs. Faders, yes, but knobs?
Why not go with infinite knobs with LED indicators? Of course, they would be better with LEDs on top of the knobs. With most designs, the knob obscures many of the LEDs.
