License activation on another PC (windows)

Hi all,

I’m not able to activate my license on a second windows machine, even after deactivating it on the first one (i think it should not be necessary).

Does anyone had the issue?

My first guess would be something is not perfect with the email address or license number. (I’ve never had a problem). (You should not have to deactivate the 1st machine).(I am just a (happy) user, not an employee of GP).

(Could you have used a different email address when you registered?)

Solved! After PC reboot (fresh windows installation), it was possible to activate license, and have in two different PCs.
