The most obvious path to send OSC data is via widgets, however the GP meter widgets are a special type and you can’t enable them to send OSC data.
The best way I have seen to do this will cost you: Blue Cat DP Meter Pro
It can pass the meter data to widgets (which can then send OSC), and it can send meter data via MIDI (which can then use the special Midi Out OSC block to send this as OSC).
There would obviously be a lot of data being sent out if you were monitoring multiple channels, so it might not be a practical solution.
This is 3 channels from EZdrummer. OSC data is sent via GP widgets that are mapped to DP Meter Pro parameters.
