Hello!
I have a question regarding latency compensation:
I use the Eventide Octavox to create arpegios and harmonizers on an incoming audio signal, I know this plugin induces latency and it doesn’t bother me on this signal. On the other hand, my problem is that as soon as I load this plugin in a rackspace, even if it is not wired and even if it is bypassed, all the other signals in the rackspace suffer from latency. This is very problematic because my other midi instruments and audio effects become unplayable! I thought that the latency would be induced only on the chain on which my ocxtavox is used… (as when disabling latency compensation in ableton) Is there a solution? Thanks!
You can try this trick to circumvent the latency issues.
Also, search for Latency Compensation here and you’ll find some other threads where its discussed.

Thank you! It seems to work
in this setup I already use GP relays a lot to link different elements (ableton loopers, etc.). Do you know if there is a solution to have more than 10 links?
Not at current, no. 10 is the limit of relays available for GP Relayer.

Do you mean it happens even while there are no wires on both input and output?
I ask because I’m able to reproduce it only when the plugin outputs are connected.
