The first phase is the Nomination phase and the second phase is the Voting phase.

We would of course really love our users to first nominate Deskew Technologies and Gig Performer. Please follow the instructions below.

  1. Click on this link: KVR Audio Readers’ Choice Awards 2022
  2. Scroll until " Please Log In to participate! " and click on Log In.
  3. After you log in, scroll down to different sections, i.e. Favorite developer → Make sure that you pick Deskew Technologies (you can type in to narrow the search results)
  4. Navigate to other sections to support Gig Performer such as Favorite Audio Software and Favorite Software for Live Performance

There are 3 different selections for Gig Performer in those categories---- GP 3, GP 4.1, and GP 4.5. Hopefully the votes aren’t getting distributed amongst them, otherwise the overall count will be lessened.

Yes I hope people will exclusively vote for 4.5 and not for 3 or 4.1.

Yes, but GP started to be cited:

We changed the name of this category to 2022 to Favorite Software for Performance because the category is growing quickly as musicians head to the clubs again. It now includes plugin players like PluginGuru’s Unify and Rack managers like Deskew’s Gig Performer.

And the category is still a bit too generic. It is not the best « plugin host for live performance ».
