Ahhh…sorry bout that
i downloaded the MidiShifeter, but the latest version brings an error when scanning in the plugin manager 
When i load an older one, it works. But there the mapping editor always disappears in the background and locks all other functions. You only get to see it when you mouse over the Gigperformer icon in the taskbar and see the preview. But you can’t get the window to the front and you can’t do anything else.
