Greetings! I just installed and activated my new copy of Gig Performer 3. I was trying all my plugins to make sure they work, but found that Groove Agent was deactivated because it didn’t initialize properly. It runs fine in Live 10, Cantabile 3, and as a standalone. My computer is a fully updated Win10 machine. Groove Agent is updated to its latest version as well.

Is it the 64 bit Version of groove Agent?
In the Plugin Manager window does groove agent appear in red at the end of the plugin list?
Yes. Both the VST2 and VST3 act the same way.
I just downloaded the test version of Groove Agent 5 on Mac,
installed and scanned => is working.
What version of GP are you using?
It’s a brand new install yesterday, so the latest version.
Where did you install Groove Agent (Path)?
Does Gig Performer know about that path?
It"s in the same path as the rest of my plugins. Yes, GP sees it because it shows up in the GP plugin manager page highlighted in red because GP insists Groove Agent didn’t I initialize correctly.
Groove Agent 5 Full running here on Win 10, GP 3.7.1 without any issues. VST2 and VST3. So it doesn´t seem to be a general issue.
Can you try deleting the RED entries and then rescanning?
