Finally nailed this fault down to m audio sending bad data thru USB ports, I used 12volt power to board and a midi into rme interface and cured it.
Although m audio sent note data on usb it was corrupted somewhere and my plug ins could not understand it

This has reared its ugly head again whilst playing live.
Only happens on first boot up
There is midi appearing in midi in block but not going into blue3 vst3 it’s not showing up as notes playing n blue3.
It only happens to blue3 on first boot.
If you change midi in block from my upper keyboard to lower keyboard it’s stil the same.
Midi input Channel is fine.
If I reboot it works fine.
If I export the fault rackspace and import to same first boot it works fine in that rackspace.
Hard to fault find when live.
Going to change all my blue3 vst3 to vst to see if cures it
