Import a saved favourite into an existing rack space

I have saved three midi blocks as a favourite, and need to copy the favourite into 500 existing rack spaces. How do I do this please?

I found a workaround. I opened a second instance, selected the three midi blocks, then copied and pasted them into where they needed to be. It worked, but is there a better way?
