Couple of interesting bits from IK multimedia - essentially the front end of their AXE I/O interfaces in a DI and preamp/buffer/boost pedal format.

For those unaware, the Z-tone bit is a variable impedance control for the guitar input plus an active/passive switch for those using active or very high output pickups to bypass some of the preamp. The preamp itself has a clean and a JFET mode which adds a little bit of subtle colour to it.
These have really caught my eye as I’ve never found a particularly great ‘guitar friendly’ front end on the interfaces I’ve used. The front ends of the AXE I/O interfaces have had very good reviews so being able to effectively replace the front end of my current interface with one of these sounds great!
