IK Multimedia ToneX crashing on 32 buffer size

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else had issues with Gig Performer crashing when you load ToneX? I can’t get it to load in GP5, but it works fine in GP4. What can I do to troubleshoot this, if anything?

Do you have Amplitube 5 also?

Since Tonex presets can be accessed from within Amplitube 5, which allows for MIDI selection (as Tonex itself does not), you might want to try that route if you have it available.

This is something that I have set up recently here, and it seems to be working OK so far.

I think I found the issue… I had the sample rate set to 32… Lol. That works with some programs, but I think the other plugin I had on was not working well with it. I forgot I had it set that low. Gonna try again. I got it working in Reaper, but had to lower the sample rate to get it to work there, too.

Why do you need such a low sample buffer size?
