I have been assigning next song - previous song to buttons on my midi controller using the learn feature. However, now I get a red message saying "Ignoring systems action request in learn mode. Does anyone know how to rectify this problem.
It’s not a problem. It’s by design. Once you are not in edit mode, the action will be performed

The controller doesn’t respond. You have to be in edit mode to use the learn feature but when I press a button on the midi controller, I get the red ignoring systems action message. This has just started to happen. Is there a setting I could’ve changed to cause this.
So it was working perfectly and you haven’t changed anything at all?

I haven’t experienced this myself, but could it be that the midi command you are trying to learn is already assigned to a system action?
Can you please provide step by step instructions for how to reproduce this?
It was working fine and I don’t think I’ve changed any settings.
