Is it possible to haver mor then one rackspace script active at the same time or have to be all scripting in only one?
Only one rackspace is active at a time, so only that active rackspace script will run. The exception is you also have the global rackspace, which has its own script, which is always active.
… and the ‘gig’ script, and song scripts.

Only one, but you can have many different things happening there are the same time in a very independent way. What is exactly your concern?
