How long does it take to get license from retailer?

Hello,

I bought Gig Performer 3 from musiciansfriend.com 3 days ago. Their customer service told me they were having issues concerning reaching the Gig Performer direct line to get my license. Is this normal? Is there a specific length of time before I receive my product from the retailer?

Very strange – however, if you can send me proof of purchase, we will just give you a license directly.
