So I was away - and I just logged into GP and my keytar is now not working separate from my lower keys - I don’t know what happened. but now All of my rackspaces aren’t working
The upper keytar is not playing and the sounds assigned to it - are now combined on the lower as if it was omni - its not omni
Something probably went to sleep.
Can you restart you computer and try again?
How looks your Rig Manager Window?
I somehow got it working again - but had to repower everything - very sketchy
Double-check your power options, especially check that USB port are not suspended.
Which confirms the probability that something went to sleep.
Are there sleep settings I should be checking to prevent this - I checked my controllers and they are long on not sleeping and my MacBook Pro too
I don’t know if there is a wired USB connection involved, but I had a similar issue once or twice (actually with the audio interface) and I removed and reinserted the USB cable (don’t know if this is any help to you).
I believe that helped when i was getting weird sounds. Which as I understand it - is really a glitch of the controller not GP (give DHJ his due 
)
I have found that it is extremely rare for the issue to be GP. In my case it is often user error, or a problem with the plugin, or an issue with the computer. (I did find one “buglet” once, though!).
In all seriousness, if this was a GP issue, we would be getting hundreds of reports
