GPRelayer (Problem)

Hi there i’m using GPRelayer to send a D.I GTR Signal from Reaper to Gig Performer, the thing is i have to retard the signal aprox 124 ms, because reaper is sending it before, any advices? In studio one seems to work fine.

Also can i use GPRelayer (Send) MIDI to GP, to change rackspaces and songs with program changes? Thank You! In this way i dont need to use external loopmidi to change the patchs

Also Plugin Delay Compensation is off in Reaper, anyway GPRelayer has 0 delay so i dont get why sends the signal before and no in real time.

The buffersize you use in Reaper and GP might have something to do with it?

I tried to duplicate your setup (having Reaper myself) using 2 interfaces, but I think I need more info:

  • A picture of the audiosettings in Reaper
  • A picture of the audiosettings in GP
  • Maybe you can upload a minimal gig file and a Reaper project file.
  • Otherwise a picture of the settings of the track in reaper:

I didn’t know and interface can work in different buffer size in different apps at the same time, maybe is that. Maybe reaper is set to request a specific buffer while GP is working with another. I’ll try, thanks!

Better not. On Windows not all interfaces work well.

I was referring to a setup with 2 separate interfaces.
