GP4 - Channel 11-12 IO what's going on here, exactly?

Please help me get un-ignorant of what’s going on here, exactly?
Today I opened the default Generic Guitar template and really don’t understand what’s going on behind the scenes.

1 What is channel 11-12? I only have an 8 I/O interface so how are these channels getting signal?
Is it representing the MAIN OUT?
Channel 1 is Guitar IN
Channel 2 is MIC IN
then there is a MAIN OUT LR
that’s it as far as the I/O

I thought this was already posted, Where’s the “signature” ?
win 10 Pro | AMD Threadripper 12 core 32GB RAM | MOTU mk3
AXON MKII ~ GI-20 ~ MG2 ~ Fishman Triple Play

What is your interface?

Also post a picture of the rackspace wiring so we can see what the audio out block looks like?

Like described here: How to report issues and ask properly for help?

You need to give us more info.

If you’re on Mac, perhaps you set up an aggregate device?

On my interface, the inputs 5+6 always light up because they are the loopback ports on my Focusrite 4i4 (e.g. they are replicating what’s going out on my main output channels 1+2.

I don’t know how you have things connected but your interface has 14 channels on it

Either there’s something conected to Ch 11+12 providing signal , or there’s an active Loopback in the audio device (Motu?)

If you’re using the Motu Ultralite mk3: it has indeed 14 outputs, including Headphone L/R and SPDIF L/R. So probably you’re seeing one of these outputs, representing a copy of the main bus? Check you’re MOTU Cue Mix FX settings.

On the screenshot it shows channels 11-12 as inputs, not outputs.
And as the Motu mk3 has only 10 inputs, it looks more like a loopback.

The screenshots show 14 ports on both input and output
