GP Presets ".gpp_vst" in Rackspaces/Variation

With some scripting you can:

• Name your variation the same as a preset name, and have it automatically loaded when you switch to the variation
• Use a knob to scroll preset names, and have it load the preset when you stop scrolling.

Can I script a rotary knob to change plugin preset?

Yes you would need to save all presets you want as a GP preset. I did a script a while back for Helix Native. I changed it to use Triple Cheese and rackspace is below. Select Preset via Widget.rackspace (26.8 KB) I have an intentional delay before loading the preset. It means you can scroll the presets using the widget to find the one you want, and it won’t try and load every single preset as you scroll past it. [GP4 Select Preset via Widget]
