GP Crashes When Trying to Delete a Rackspace

Ok! Two things. :slight_smile: First, after contacting Roland, I was told to install a previous version of Roland Cloud Manager. Now Zenology loads correctly and much more quickly, can be added and deleted freely, etc. I’m uploading my crash dump file anyway (mostly because I’m so pleased you’ve given me uploading privileges :wink: and I want to try them out). I hope I don’t always have to use a previous version of Roland’s software. Hopefully they’ll fix future editions so I can keep their software updated and still use their plugin. I think I’m good for now and don’t need any immediate assistance. Thank you so much for your time and attention!

Yep - crash report indicates that the NTDLL is crashing during a call from the Zenology plugin

Thanks for checking my report. The XML crash report doesn’t mention Zenology except for the notes I added when it crashed. But I check the DMP file and it’s definitely in there. It’s nice knowing you guys stand behind your products. Thank you!

The XML file indicates exactly WHICH module crashed (i.e. the ntdll) but when crash is in a system library, one has to look further to see what called into the module that crashed, which is why the crash dump is needed.
