Ok! Two things.
First, after contacting Roland, I was told to install a previous version of Roland Cloud Manager. Now Zenology loads correctly and much more quickly, can be added and deleted freely, etc. I’m uploading my crash dump file anyway (mostly because I’m so pleased you’ve given me uploading privileges
and I want to try them out). I hope I don’t always have to use a previous version of Roland’s software. Hopefully they’ll fix future editions so I can keep their software updated and still use their plugin. I think I’m good for now and don’t need any immediate assistance.
