Gig Performer makes a brief appearance in MIDI Guitar 3 beta Getting Started video

I just found and watched this new Getting Started video for the MIDI Guitar 3 beta from Jam Origin, a superior software audio to MIDI to VST instrument (like a synth or piano VI) app. v3 has been in the works for a LONG time. I bought a MIDI Guitar 2 license because it included a license for MIDI Bass 1, bass being my instrument along with keys. MIDI Bass 2 will be released after MG3 gets finalized.

Gig Performer shows up for all of 4 seconds starting at 1:20, but the entire video is worth a watch by anyone interested in guitar/bass to MIDI via software only, no special pickups required.

It’s worth pointing out that Midi Guitar 3 is still in Beta for Mac and pre-Beta for Windows, so there’s still a lot of work to be done in terms of improvements and added functions. But the result is already very promising.

Sort of. It’s now multiple lanes (don’t remember whether mg 2 already had that).
