Eric, do you have a widget controlling some parameter in system actions and that widget itself is being controlled from some external MIDI controller?

Per our conversation, we know this specific issue and it is fixed for an upcoming version.
For others — the issue is that controlling the Master Trim via MIDI is failing on Sonoma though it seems to work just fine on older versions of the OS
