Gig Performer can't see my Yamaha MODX8+

I have sucessfully connected & created a new rig with a Studiologic SL** Studio 88 controller.
I use it with a Mixface and everything works. Now, I’m trying to create a new rig with RM and my MODX8. It doesn’t show up in GP & there is no Midi activity lighting up. My Mix face is still sending MIDI info. I have my USB plugged into MIDI host on my MODX8 and MIDI output is set to USB on my MODX8.
I’m really stumped. Please help if youcan.

I assume you’re connecting the modx8 directly to your computer. If that’s the case, did you install the drivers for the modx8?

Semi-related question. A church I play at has purchased two MODX keyboards and I want to use them with Rig Manager and Gig Performer. However, I use two GP instances - one instance for each of my keyboard controllers. Will the Yamaha driver work for two MODX keyboards sending and receiving with two GP instances?

I am not going to use the audio (internal sounds) of the MODX keyboards. I just want to use them as controllers with GP.

I would think you just need USB Cables from each keyboard to your computer (or a USB hub).

I hope so. Not sure if the driver is implemented to support multiple devices.
