What do I need to do to find if the GP4 executable is corrupted?

Just for the testing purpose, what happens when you install the Gig Performer trial from this link: Gig Performer | Downloads

Does it run normally?

Delete the executable - download the installer again and reinstall - see what happens.

OK - good news, I downloaded the trial and opened it, no problem. However when I close the program I get the Gig Performer error reporter, I’ve saved the file, where do you want me to email it to?

Well now I’m confused. I thought you had a license from Plugin Alliance.

@npudar suggested installing the trial from Deskew as a test.

I have no idea what conflicts that might produce as the supporting libraries are different.
Since we know it used to work and we know that GP itself didn’t magically change, the problem has to be outside GP

Then it has something to do with the Plugin Alliance version. Since the supporting libraries are different compared to the Deskew’s version, Plugin Alliance customers are directed to their support. See here: Gig Performer | Gig Performer Technical Support Resources

I put a support ticket in with Plug-in Alliance on 3rd April but they haven’t replied yet
