Works OK so far… i don’t have any experience with channel strips, so can’t say if it’s good or not, but for my needs (amplify a mic input and do a bit compressing/eq’ing) it does the job. 
Installed AU, all good, low CPU, adds that bit of character…
Exposes 40 parameter.
edit: no added latency
