No, you cannot do that. What would be your use case?
My GRS is set up with Omnisphere multi/live feature with several A pnos/E Pnos, switchable with widgets, for the bottom of two kybds. But for one local RS I want to use the bottom kybd for something else, like string/pad with GRS muted/bypassed.

Then you can simply use a widget to control the Note On parameter of the considered MIDI in block. You can then control this widget from the local rackspace.
