Created my own plug-in: JDC MIDI Mapper

I’d like to share a small plugin I created with the help of Codex for Gig Performer.

I originally built JDC MIDI Mapper with electronic drums and percussion in mind. It allows you to remap incoming MIDI notes to different output notes, making it easy to adapt drum modules, pad layouts, or MIDI controllers without changing their internal settings.

I know there are commercial MIDI mapping plugins available, but none of them did exactly what I wanted. This plugin fits my workflow perfectly and now also makes it easy to create different variations for my drum kits and percussion setups. Version 1.1 adds a dedicated Learn button to every mapping row, so assigning notes is quick and effortless.

The plugin works great for my own setup, and I thought others might find it useful too. Feel free to download it, use it, and modify it however you like. Just keep in mind that I’m not a developer, so there are no guarantees, ongoing support, or planned feature updates unless I need them myself.

Cool, but do you know MIDI Chord Maker in Gig Performer?

No, but now I do  . I have some extras in my plugin, but this is nice! Thanks.

Yours is cool also
