Communication with the developer is difficult even for me (a native German speaker). I’m beginning to think he doesn’t want to understand at all. The way it looks so far, you can’t control the volume or the sustain effect via CC or VSTi parameters. But I’ll keep at it and try to convince him that it would make sense, since no current DAW supports 32bit plugins.
But thanks to Gig Performer, even a poorly programmed plugin can be “retrofitted” with these functions.
Simply put a “sustain” scriptlet in front of it and a gain plugin behind it, assign a widget to the gain plugin and teach it with CC11. Done.
