I had originally used midi helper in a song part to trigger selecting song and start in Bandhelper, this worked great if there is only one song part, however if you go back to that part the song resets
I have now changed it so my setup uses an IEM or silent stream which can be used for a Click track for a band member, the original backing or intro stream remains the same.
This allows you to insert a marker ( I am setting mine to 20ms into the clicktrack) to trigger the program change and note on for bandhelper. this works great.
I have a pass though on my floor pedals so i can rewind / start / stop / FF the bandhelper screen
They sync perfectly together.
