Contacting the company using e-mail

Hello,
Can anybody help me? I have been trying to contact the company behind Gig Performer for weeks without success with 3 different email addresses. Any hints how to get in touch with Deskew? I am an educator and have been trying to apply for edu discount. But it seems impossible to achieve at this point…

Why are you using emails? And where did you find emails?

If you go to our main support page (Gig Performer | Support) there is a “pre-sales” support ticket system

Ah, ok - that should have been removed a long time ago – too much spam — emails sent there get blocked.

The second hint is from the main website, under the Support section.

Please note that modern support systems are ticket based. And I see that you did create a support ticket and that you got a reply with the instructions 2 minutes after you created the ticket. :slight_smile:
