Cherry Audio just released the KR-55C drum machine this week, and I wanted to add it into a rackspace alongside their free synths to play them all together.
The KR-55C is housed in the Global rackspace, with all its controls fully mapped. Since there are so many controls on this device, the top panel has the controls you’ll likely want to use while playing; 16 preset switchers, start/stop buttons, swing control, and Intro/Fill.
This gig file includes three local rackspaces:
- Bass and Lead– This combines the Surrealistic MG-1 Plus and the Synthesizer Expander Module in a single split layout. The MG-1 Plus handles bass, while the Synthesizer Expander Module is set up for lead sounds. The front panel provides key performance controls, including filter and unison amount for the lead and filter and mixer controls for the bass.
- Surrealistic MG-1 Plus Rackspace
- Synthesizer Expander Module Rackspace
The rackspaces have patch persist turned on so you can seamlessly switch between sounds while you are playing.
Enjoy!
