Changing Audio Device problem (crash)

After updating my Metric Halo 2882 3D Interface with the newest firmware, GP 4.1.5 crashes immediatly after trying to choose the interface in the In /Out menue of Audio Setup. Never had this problem before. Btw the interface works well with other audio-apps (Max, Live etc.).
I can deliver the crashlog…

(System: Mac Mojave, GP 4.1.5)

What sample rate and buffer size are you using?

48 Khz and 512 Samples. Now I tried it with a different audio interface (Sound Devices USBPre2) also GP crash, :-), so it has nothing to do with the recently updated Metric Halo 2882.

Yes, please post the crash log, preferably as a zip file

OK, the crash report indicates GP script.
Does the crash occur also when just GP is started and no gig is loaded and you switch audio settings?

©pianopaul, immer am Rechner :-).
There is no crash, when I open a new empty file and change the Audio interface, thanks a lot for this hint. Is there a way to disable sripts during start without delete the scripts?

Just hold the SHIFT key while GP is starting up… there will be some additional options.

Ok, that is a solution, but scripting should not crash.
Can you upload the smallest possible gig file which crashes?

First of all, what is your script doing?

Secondly, there is a way to disable automatic recompilation. Do you have that option set? If so, try disabling it.

I will diisable this.
Attached are my scripst.

@dhj disabling as you suggested seems to avoid the crash changing Audio Interface.
