I am looking for a 3 way switch, and all I can find is a 2 way (on off). I have attached a picture of what I am looking for.

You can use a knob widget for this, it should work properly.
Great thanks! Is there a way to have the knob show only 3 instead of 10? And then customize each of those three numbers to be the value labels of each?
Not in the knob widget itself. I usually remove the back panel display and add some text label widget at the right location around the knob, which does perfectly the job.
You could use a slider as a multi way switch. There is a horizontal slider widget if you’re going for a realistic panel.
