After doing several o/s upgrades and re-installing GP on my Mac, I tried to re-activate the license and it says there are no more activations available. Is there a way this can be reset. I have it installed on 2 laptops and it had been on my Mac Desktop earlier. Any suggestions Dan? Thanks!

in general before upgrading the os you should deactivate your license on the machine
Thanks Paul. I saw that after the fact unfortunately.
Thanks. Good advice. I have done so.
After running OSX updates and having to re-enter my license, I realize I am now probably using 2 licenses.
I would like to request a feature to be able to login to see active licenses and deactivate them ourselves. – Either through GP’s help/license menu in the app (in demo mode of course if no licenses exist), and/or with a web page where we would need to associate our email with a login account to see our licenses/activations)
As suggested – create a ticket here.
You only have one license. You have 5 activations and checking the records, you have only used one of them. (As long as you don’t try to activate too often, you won’t lose any activations)
