Fix for the Ultra synth plugin that crashes on Windows with nVidia GPUs

I had to disable (set to “Off”) the “Threaded optimization” setting in the “Manage 3D Settings” of the nVidia GPU. Bizarre.

Disabling this option fixed the crash in the plugin.
