Assigned controllers lost

Hi,

I had a rough gig last night. I have a mix of organ, piano, synth and horns (among others). I have controller knobs and sliders on my keyboard (I have 2 but I use the controllers on the Arturia). I have knobs and sliders mapped to control volume, drawbars, effects and of course a panic button. I also use the Stop and Play buttons to move through songs in the GP set list. When I booted my rig onstage, I could control the sounds and move through songs but all my mapped controls were not working. I didn’t have time to remap so I couldn’t play normally. It actually happened before but I thought it was a Windows update or something. USB enumeration or something. I didn’t change USB ports or hardware at all. Anybody else have this experience and is there a fix?

What version of GP? Did you see if the port number changed? What are the two keyboards? Did you use Rig Manager?

Could it be you were using the wrong bank on the Arturia? Ive done with before with my Keylab MKII. This resulted in my being able to use all the buttons, but the sliders were doing nothing until I shifted to the correct bank on the Arturia.
