Can we accomplish the reverse?
I am trying to map note-on to a slider widget, and it does not work.
The idea would be to press a note, and that note would move the slider to the corresponding position. Not sure why it does not work. 
I wonder, as an aside, what is the purpose of assigning note-on to slider or knob widget if we can’t fully control the range of the slider/knob widget?
Is this a bug? Feature request worthy? My

What am i missing?
