Apple Intel-based version notification

I launched GP5 yesterday just to do a plugin rescan and I got a macOS system notification about Intel-based applications not being supported.

I’m 100% certain I have the Apple Silicon version of GP5 installed, and I even stripped the Intel binary using a command-line tool called App Thinner via Terminal.

What could this be about?

Maybe GP loading an intel based plugin?

Apple loads Intel AU plugins using Rosetta but support for Rosetta is ending soon and Apple has started warning users

So it was probably the scan that triggered the notification, I guess. I was in a new, empty project

Yeah, this is becoming a common message. I get it with an open-source projects I’m involved with as well.

Did you update your macOS recently?

Well, yes. A few weeks ago. But this is the first time I’ve seen this message and I’m using GP5 pretty much daily. I’m guessing it has something to do with a plug-in update as I did a pretty extensive purge and update of plug-ins last week.
