Anyone using Arturia's Pigments live?

I was planning to buy an Alesis Vortex keytar on my music budget this year. However, they are out of stock at the moment, leaving me with som extra money on my budget today

Arturia has a discount on their new Pigments version at the moment. Being an Arturia customer I get an even better discount. I get Pigments 4 for $ 69, while the full price is $ 199.

I wonder; Have some of you used Pigments live, or is it more aimed at DAW music production?

I am using it live regularly.
Connecting two widgets for a simple live playing: filter cutoff and resonance for classic synth sounds. It never gave me any issue

Is pretty much everything aimed at DAW music production? (Though I suspect that is going to change).

(I picked up Pigments at a discounted price (could not resist), but frankly I have not had a chance to even try it yet. Unless the CPU usage is too high for your GP computer to handle I do not see why it would not work live. But, just a guess.)

Thx for the answers!

I have Pigments dotted all over the rig I will be using live next month. Have been using it in rehearsal for a few months and it has worked very well.

Thx!

What kind of repertoir do you use Pigments for?

I use Pigments live, and Arturia just responded to one of my complaints - it wouldn’t open to the playlist of presets I had created, so I had to be sure to load the playlist before every set. But now, it does open to my playlist.

Within the playlist, presets can be freely selected by sending the appropriate MID messages.

We call ourselves a party band, so it is predominantly pop and rock covers designed to get people up and dancing. You can get a better idea of our style and repertoire on our FB page
