I found that both Serum and TX16Wx supports embedding the audio file in their state and so they are not looking for the files on local disk.
Currently I’ll go with TX16Wx which is both simple (only after watching a short video tutorial) and powerful, also it takes very low CPU when playing (it is also free 
).
