Amplitube 5 on M1 Mac - Not using GigPerformer Buffer Size

Hi all!

I’m using Amplitube 5 with Gig Performer 4, and it doesn’t seem to be respecting Gig Performer’s buffer size and is instead using its default buffer size of 256. I can hear the difference clearly when playing compared to Amplitube 5 in standalone mode with a buffer size of 64. It seems to happen in all plugin types (VST, VST3 and AU). I’m also on MacOS 13 Ventura on an M1 Pro Macbook pro. I believe Amplitube is using Rosetta2 and isn’t native (hence mixed mode with GP4).

I haven’t contacted IK Multimedia yet with this but may do so if I can’t find the problem. Does anyone know how I can get Amplitube to respect the buffer size setting properly? Thank you!

Actually, Amplitube 5 may actually be running natively as opposed to using Rosetta2.

I own a Behringer Uphoria UM2 and Amplitube 5 doesn’t seem to be working properly with any buffer size setting under 512. If I go down to say 128, the signal gets completely dry with no amplitube present. At 256 there’s a weird pulsing crackle that is heard(
