Never happened again, but at this time I was a new GP user and perhaps I did some mistake like having different audio settings in the second instance. I don’t know, but it never happened again.

So regarding your “historical” issue. Did this happen exclusively after switching to the plugin first time?
Was there a workaround? (Like leaving the Rackspace and switching back to it later?)

I think the problem occured when the plugin was initially loaded, when the gig file was loaded. But I never figured out if the actual problem was saving the correct preset data or recalling it when loading.
