Sustain pedal to note lenghts

Hello.

I’m using gigperformer with VST and Hardware synth.
I use a behringer Model D that i love, but i would love to use a sustain pedal with it, but after talking with behringer i’m 100% sure that it’s not possible.

My question is:
Is there a way to transform the sustain message to note lenght to be able to fake a sustain pedal with this synth.
