Yes, they’re really cool! B-P scales don’t repeat on the octave, they have a point of repeat every 8ve + 5th — the pseudo-octave, in B-P parlance. There is an uncanny effect, as the pseudo-octave hijacks our circular pitch mechanism as researched by Diana Deutsch et al.
