But maybe you could try the “Latency Mon” tool on your own machine and see what it says, maybe it will give you an idea about what’s going on?
Regarding MaxxAudio, it is filtering the audio stream of the standard Windows audio (and also the microphone for MaxxVoice), but it is not installed on ASIO streams.
